Kenny launched Marquis Jet in 2001, which became the leading private jet card provider before being acquired by NetJets/Berkshire Hathaway. In 2013, he founded Wheels Up, which went public in 2021 and became one of the largest private aviation companies in the world.

In 2025, he launched REAL Jet, a next-generation brokerage built to deliver frictionless access to premium aircraft for Fortune 500 corporate flight departments. With a proven track record of scaling high-trust platforms and a reputation for visionary execution, Kenny continues to lead the evolution of private aviation.

Robert Withers is a veteran private aviation industry leader with a proven track record of innovation, operational expertise, and creating new revenue streams. His experience spans 22 years across sales and operations.

At Wheels Up, Robert was a Co-Founder and EVP. As the architect of the “Flight Desk,” he helped launch the charter operation with a network of vetted third-party partners. He then helped move the flight operation to Atlanta and assisted in the design of the Member Operations Center. 

Prior to Wheels Up, Robert worked in Sports Marketing at both Marquis Jet and eBizJets (now Sentient). Robert graduated from Yale and played varsity football at both Yale and Boston College. He and his wife, Carter, live in Atlanta. His love for aviation began at a young age, taking his first flying lesson at the age of 16.
